I made this sauce to top a Pistachio Crusted Tilapia. This sauce might also go well with salmon, a mahi mahi or as a dip for fried battered shrimp. Yum!
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 small fresh garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 ounce fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients, except cilantro, then top with fresh cilantro.
