Chili Lime Aioli Sauce

Chili Lime Aioli Sauce

I made this sauce to top a Pistachio Crusted Tilapia. This sauce might also go well with salmon, a mahi mahi or as a dip for fried battered shrimp. Yum!

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 small fresh garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 ounce fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

In a small bowl mix all the ingredients, except cilantro, then top with fresh cilantro.
